Cancellation Policy
At Rogue Beauty, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. That's why I have a cancellation and no-show policy that considers both my clients and myself. I require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. An appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled appointment. In return, because life happens for us all, if I need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I will honor 25% off of your same appointment when rescheduled. No-show appointments (or cancellations within 30 minutes) will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service . I value clear and open communication with all of my clients, so please, if you need to reschedule, just reach out to me so we can get you taken care of.
